This vet is absolutely amazing and I cannot speak highly enough about them. What truly set this vet apart was the level of expertise and care from the veterinarians. The vet I saw took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. Their knowledge and dedication to their profession was apparent, and I felt confident that my pet's were in excellent hands. Aside from the exceptional medical care, the vet and their staff went above and beyond in providing emotional support and reassurance. They understood that a pet's health is not just about physical well-being but also about the bond we share with our beloved companions. Their empathy and understanding made me feel valued and understood as a pet owner. The entire experience at this vet clinic was seamless and efficient. The staff was organized and considerate, ensuring minimal waiting times and ensuring that each patient received the attention they needed. The clinic also offered convenient appointment scheduling options, making it easy to find a time that worked well for me. Overall, I highly recommend this amazing vet to anyone in need of exceptional care for their pets. Have gone to this vet for almost 20yrs with all my pets. Great vet for appointments but heaven forbid you need an urgent care, they will not see you, and send you to emergency clinic in Lewiston. Watched them turn away a dog that had been hit and brought in by a frantic owner asking for help only to be turned away. Called today to just have my dogs ear looked at, was turned away “we’re at capacity today,!sorry.” Well I’m sorry too, today I find a new veterinarian.

My dog had an ear infection because she has allergies. It cost me $350. They said it would happen 3 or 4 times a year and would not give me a treatment plan.They forced me to fill my dogs prescriptions at their facility when I asked them for written prescriptions at the beginning, and throughout the visit. They said the pad was at home. This was Friday at 4pm and my dog should not wait the weekend to have her meds.They charged me $26 for a prescription prednisone that cost $3 dollars on chewy.They charged me $100 for the ear infection medication.As they predicted her ear infection, return. Without their help it cost me $23 to get rid of it completely with enough medication for 3 or 4 or infections. If you like your money, I would skip this vet.I would like to say their vet technician was wonderful. It’s too bad she doesn’t work somewhere else.

Our two dogs and two cats have all been patients here. The receptionists, vet technicians and veterinarians themselves have always been compassionate, helpful and competent with my pets. Their pricing is also transparent. If your pet needs a procedure, they will give you an accurate quote beforehand.

We've been taking our pup here for almost a year and each time is always a good experience. The staff are kind and friendly, sweet to my dog and respectful to me. The place is clean and they're able to see my dog relatively quickly.
