DNK sold me a car that has a new problem almost every month. I paid top dollar for this vehicle and it is a total piece of crap. From what I can tell, these clowns spend more time covering up vehicle problems rather than fixing them. Example: My vehicle had a a rusted area, rather than fixing it, they put tape over it and camouflage d it with spray paint. example 2: had to replace bearings and struts. Example3 excessive rust, looks like it was partially flooded, they covered everything up by putting a new floor mat down. the list goes on and on. I have absolutely nothing good to say about dnk and regret the day I purchased this pile of junk from them!!!

13/10 do NOT recommend this place unless you're interested in signing up to pay on a money pit and are happy with taking on a terrible investment that will lack reliability soon after you purchase it.

Shout out to DNK auto!! I got locked out of my car (stupid me), and these guys helped me out no problem! The man who helped me was personable and nice. I haven't done other work with them but I am definitely going to check them out again next time I need something for my car. Thanks guys!

The best service I’ve seen out of any dealership out there! Matt and Gerald really went out of their way to make sure I was getting the best vehicle for the best price and warranty! I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else to buy another car!

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. It isn't so much what happened, as it is how he handled it. I know when buying a used car (even one with 'only 35,000 miles', if that was true), you take your chances. But, when there's a problem (or many). I don't expect to be screamed at when complaining. We bought a 2015 Acadia for our daughter-in-law as we thought it would be safe, dependable transportation for them and their two young sons. In six weeks she was stranded three times and had to take the car in for two other repairs. So, when it was towed in for the last time, I expressed my great displeasure to the two workers in the lobby. One of them went to get the owner and Charlie came into the room in full offensive mode. We couldn't even finish a sentence, but that he yelled at us, telling us to get a lawyer. That continued for some time and then he wanted to go up to the garage to see the records. The discussion didn't improve up there. We were asking simple questions about the history of the car that he refused to answer. Finally, I'd had enough and asked if the keys were in the car. He said he wouldn't release it until the tow bill was paid. So I asked how much as I reached into my pocket for some cash. He said he didn't know but that he'd send me a bill. And then added, “BUT YOU PROBABLY WON'T PAY IT ANYWAY!”. THAT WAS IT!! Now he had completely insulted me and questioned my integrity. THAT WAS A BRIDGE TOO FAR. I held up a handful of cash and loudly demanded to know how much. His boy got the tow company on the phone, and on speaker was told $70, which I threw down on the counter. I got the keys and went outside. My daughter-in-law stayed behind to give him more grief as I got the car. We then drove directly to O'Connor and traded it for a 2019 Acadia at a loss of over $12,000. Oh well, lesson learned. I guess I should have gotten a lawyer.

First they had a car on the lot that could not be financed, never told us BEFORE they ran our credit. We wouldn't have let them if we had known it would be a cash only purchase. This was in March 2020. It's now May (almost June ffs) 2020 and we're STILL getting notices in the mail about them continuing to run credit and try to get loans out for the vehicle. Not only is it irritating, but it's hurting my credit being denied for all of these loans that I never consented to! We told them we were not interested and that I'd find another car and continue our search. Still they continue to run our credit and apply for loans for the vehicle. I will never, ever do business with them.

I purchased a truck from DNK just over a month ago. The truck has spent OVER 75% of this past month since I purchased it back at the dealership for repairs. The truck has major issues that aren't getting resolved. I requested a refund 3 out of the 4 times my husband and I returned to the dealership for repairs and they denied me my money back. I've also asked to speak to the owner of DNK who has neglected to call me back or meet me on site at his office. On top of that they have not provided me with loaner vehicle. Buyers beware. Only shop here if you like to gamble.

Be very careful when buying a car here. They have no appreciation for returning customers. I bought 5 vehicles there and never had cause to bring one back till this last time. When the 2011 Chevrolet equinox just died suddenly in middle of the road. So it was a week or so after my so called 30 day guarentee so I brought it to my friends shop how is a mechanic for the dot. He found major issues with the engine and body including holes under car big enough to put hand through. So I took it back to them, and after all my loyalty and buying 5 cars they said to bad for you your 30 days are up. Dont trust this place its better to by private sale then to trust these con-artists.
