These guys definitely took care of me. They set me up with everything that was needed for my Business as My truck got wrecked and.My business would have went down. My truck got wrecked and they were there to catch my back. Gave me an incredible deal which made everything shine like the truck They sold me.
It's hard to understand how they made any money off me. But whatever, they showed me true. Neighborly kindness.

DNK sold me a car that has a new problem almost every month. I paid top dollar for this vehicle and it is a total piece of crap. From what I can tell, these clowns spend more time covering up vehicle problems rather than fixing them. Example: My vehicle had a a rusted area, rather than fixing it, they put tape over it and camouflage d it with spray paint. example 2: had to replace bearings and struts. Example3 excessive rust, looks like it was partially flooded, they covered everything up by putting a new floor mat down. the list goes on and on. I have absolutely nothing good to say about dnk and regret the day I purchased this pile of junk from them!!!

Absolutely great experience! The communication was promot, complete, and polite. They were extremely flexible with scheduling a test drive and purchasing. Very willing to stand behind their vehicles. I worked with Matt and briefly with Melissa for paperwork and they were both fantastic.

Bought an 8yo car with 87k miles on it here 6 months ago and wouldn't go back or recommend them. Had a rough start when the transmission was acting up within a week/100 miles of purchase and they really didn't step up. It was not "an inspectable item" covered by the new used car warranty. 1mo/3k miles or whatever. So they "gave me a break" on a bad sensor that ultimately cost me $500+ to have them fix. Their stance was I should have bought the warranty and that was that. Gave them a chance to make it right on the sensor and... they didn't from my point of view. Lots more issues since and after the last repair bill on a car with less 3k miles on it as the owner... I felt it was time to write the review.Buyer beware...

I've only had my truck for a couple weeks and ran into a small problem but unlike so many other dealerships I've dealt with DNK stood by their word and fixed what needed to be fixed. It's very hard to find trustworthy people to deal with in the car industry but the people of DNK have been nothing but courteous and helpful from day 1. Definitely a relief to deal with people who will do what they say they will. The service department is absolutely amazing as well. They keep you informed of what's going on and they are very helpful as well.

If I could give these guys zero stars I would. Jessie the service Manger couldn't tell the truth if he tried, not that he ever does. Call everyday for 2 weeks and you get a different story and higher price tag everyday. I would push my car to work before I bring it back here

Just had another great experience buying a car with Charlie and his awesome team.Yes, a great experience buying a car! My third from DNK in Farmingdale Maine. Charlie has been in business for decades for a reason. He retains long term , excellent sales and financing staff who are no pressure, at your service, answering any and all questions and working hard to get you into a quality previously owned vehicle of your choice.. He has a range of choices. I've had great, long lasting vehicles I've purchased from Charlie, solid trade back and upgrade with him, and always enjoy excellent service.Love my newest, low milage, inbeautiful condition , car!
