I was VERY specific about when I needed my car inspected and called the week prior for an appointment. They wrote down my appointment for another week out (several days after I need it done). I had repeated the date and time to the man on the phone when I made the appointment so I am absolutely certain I had it right.I was told they were too busy when I showed up at the agreed upon time. Now I have to scramble and beg to get a competent garage somewhere to do it for me, and my ability to drive myself to get a COVID vaccination is questionable.
