Accent Automotive was amazing!! They rescued me when my car broke down, repaired my car and had me back on the road in time to pick my kid up from school. Eric, Justin and Christiane were fantastic. Their kindness and integrity showed in everything they did. I highly recommend this shop. Yesterday they earned a lifetime customer and lifetime referrals from me. I live in Farmingdale and tried out Accent Auto to give support to a local business. It was the best decision I have ever made. Their work it top notch, their prices are much more reasonable than other franchise service centers I have been to, and they are quality people who quickly work to build a personal relationship with you and your vehicle. When the starter on my truck failed and I needed to pick a shop to tow to, Erik got me right in and fixed the starter within an hour even though they already had a loaded schedule. I called other shops prior and they were similarly booked and wouldn't make exceptions for me. Erik did, which allowed me to drive to RI the next day for vacation on schedule! I would recommend Accent Auto to anyone.

Our truck wouldn’t start a day before we’re supposed to back to our home in NH. We called AAA. they sent a small tow truck who sold us a battery even thought we said it could be the fuel pump. So AAA sent a larger tow truck to tow to an auto repair shop. After 3 calls Accent Automotive was recommended. I called and they said they’re booking out to Sept. I said we’re from NH and supposed to check out on Friday. Eric got on the phone and said he could look at it if we could get it towed asap. Well he called in the afternoon, figured out the issue (not the fuel pump). It was some control box and we were billed under $300! Highly recommend Accent Automotive- professional, friendly and honest!!

They are very courteous and professional ?I had a bad flex pipe on my truck i needed fixed asap due to my doctors appointments which i tavel for and i was looking for a small business to support when I was driving by and decided to check them out the gentleman I dealt had such a good energy about him all smiles just a pleasant person to be around he came out looked over my truck gave me a quick estimate and an appointment within a week so I said ok I went back today and they were so nice and very fast done in less than an hour my truck purrs like a kitten I am so grateful thank u guys so much and the very sweet office lady that kept us company while we waited thank u all so much have a wonderful day I will spread the word and I'll see u for a sticker in a couple months ?Service: Exhaust
