I was super impressed by everyone who I dealt with at the Falmouth Plaza location, Maryanne was some pleasant amd very detailed on everything, I also mentioned to Maryanne that we were looking to set up a fleet account for our company vehicles,by the time I got back from dropping off one of our vans very an oil change and service Maryanne notified Susan who handles setting up the Fleet account and the process was in motion, outstanding customer service!!!!! I will be bringing our company fleet vehicles along with all of my families vehicles here moving forward. Great job folks you have a great team there at the Falmouth Plaza in Falmouth ME location. Thanks again for all the help.

Sullivan's is clearly busy with Mainers getting their cars winter-ready. But that doesn't translate to less than exceptional customer service! And everyone is so nice, on particular Travis and Mary Ann whom I dealt with front of house. I especially like how they apply coupons/discounts I didn't know were available--to an already very good price for services rendered. Falmouth Sullivan's is a top-notch, reliable, friendly place to get work done on your car or truck... from tire swaps, to oil changes to inspections to new break pads. This is the place for me.

picked-up a nail in my tire this afternoon at a construction site...pulled into Sullivan Tire towards the end of their posted hours. Great counter staff...more than willing to help even though they were getting ready close. The Tech was great jumped right on the tire and had me back in the road in 30 minutes! Thank you for great and friendly service!!!

I have had several really great experiences here. I never feel like I'm being aggressively upsold or fed biased or incorrect information, which is unfortunately a common experience for women bringing in their cars solo. I really like that I can book an appointment online and select my date and time without having to pick up the phone (not a comment on your staff; I'm sure they are love conversationalists, but the fewer people I speak with, the better these days). Thanks for great service!

I am new to Maine and Sullivans in Falmouth was highly recommended. I am very particular at where I take my truck so this was hard being in a new place. Travis and his team had tough diagnosis for my first time in the shop. I gave them very detailed information on the noise my 10 year old truck was making and as usual the truck didn't make the sound for the people that can help! But they got to it and did some research and could duplicate the noise I described by putting it on the lift. We decided to try replacing the part and hope and it worked. Even if it hadn't have fixed the noise I would have been extremely satisfied, they put in the effort. They are always very friendly on the phone and in person, you know they like what they do and they care about the quality of work.
