Not happy. The place was dirty and the technician rushed through my pedicure. They have gone down hill as of lately. They sent me a review text after my appointment and I filled it out. The reply said they were sorry and I needed to call them about it. Lol really? No you need to call me and make it right.

Dirty place. staff not nice. will never go back. Lots of pretty things to look at covered in dust. Gross vibe.

My favorite nail salon I’ve ever been to. Very friendly staff, fast service and they do the best nails! Their gel polish lasts over a month. They are all so wonderful to my 5 year old daughter as well, she loves going there to get her nails done with me! Donna is unbelievably talented.

I have been to many nail salons over the years and Saigon nails is the best ever. I have several options closer to home but it is well worth the time to travel a bit farther to visit Donna and her staff. Every employee is wonderful, very expert service and they very much care about making your visit the best experience. I love having a pedi and using the massage chair options! It is so easy to book online and the owner Donna is very sweet. I will never go anywhere else. Best option in the greater Portland area.
