Great trainers and facilities. The trainers provide independent observation and correction to both dog and handler -which doesn't happen at other facilities. The sessions are fun and informative for all involved. Very highly recommended.

PoeticGold Farm offers a comprehensive, well organized dog training program conducted by a very competent and skilled staff in a beautiful and pastoral setting. The instructors are very knowledgeable and work with owners in helping them to identify and bring out the best qualities in their dogs.

During the last year I have taken serveral classes with my rottweiler Grace. These classes have been Star Puppy, Control Unleashed, Canine Good Citizen, Breed Handling, Rally Obedience, Canine Good Citizen Advanced, and Open Obedience. I also had a family member take Grace to Family Manners. The classes were insturcted by Jill, Nancy, Anne, and Cindy. While each of the trainers definitely have their own style, improving communication between dog and handler is a common thread

The owner Jill Simmons and this training facility are top notch . The teachers and students benefit from this environment and the skills taught to owners and their canine partners is invaluable. This facility is following all cdc guidelines to keep everyone safe and in my opinion an essential business for all concerned .

The place is a palace for training! A huge barn for indoor classes, fenced area for agility training and wide open fields for a romp before class. There are several trainers to choose from, all of whom are very knowledgeable. Worth checking out if you want to up your game with your dog.

Jill is amazing! We are now on our third class going through Poetic Gold. We have done the AKC Star Puppy, Family Manners, and are now in the Canine Good Citizen class. Jill is nothing short of the best. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and makes the classes fun. It is very clear how much she cares about the dogs and how she makes sure that her advice and training are fit for each family she sees. The facilities are wonderful and she is very accommodating. We have two young children and she encouraged us to bring them. The experience that they got there being around other dogs was really good for them and for the dogs. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jill and Poetic Gold. If your dog needs training this is the place to do it.
