I have been seeing Megan Lane as my primary care provider for a few years now and have occasionally seen other staff members for various concerns along the way. I have always been listened to and treated kindly and respectfully.

Will leaving a one star review get me the care I deserve? The pressure to switch PCPs is so real, but I am struggling to recover from a car accident and switching sounds impractical. I'm tired of being passed off and dismissed. I wasn't able to discuss even half of what I needed to and was shut down constantly. I began to cry and really just wanted to be done, despite my glaringly obvious need for medical care. When someone seems like they don't care or don't have time, It's very obvious. I've brought my concerns up on the phone line and during my last office visit, and have seen no change.

Dr Kazimierczak listens and communicates well. Always a good experience. Nurses are also great. Front desk is hit-and-miss, but ok overall.

Asked about prep and the physician said he usually does not unless he approved. I asked multiple times to have my lab work sent to NorDex. Which he said he would. I show up at Nordex a few weeks later after taking time off work and call the office the nurse I spoke with pushed northern lights lab services. I had to mention STARK law which prohibits self referral. Then they agreed to.I called back In a panic because the next time I would be able to get back to Nordex for lab work was 2 weeks away which was supposed to be my follow up. I asked the receptionist about if the lab results would be ready the same day or if they were not then if I could re-schedule last min since they caused the issue by not sending my lab work where I had requested it. They said that it would be a month for another appointment. And not to threaten them with last min cancellation. I decided at this point that this was 3 issue form the first visit and I deserved better healthcare. I moved to Scharbarough Family Medicine and have nothing but great things to say. I sent in a few complaints and concerns but never heard back so clearly patient care is not a top priority.

I dont know why this place has negative reviews my new doctor is super down to earth and wants to figure out a game plan for my health condition and the people in the front are the nicest on the planet. I usually feel anxious around hospitals and doctors because i havent been in five or six years. The friendliness made me not as anxious. It was nice! Thank you to the whole staff...Definitely someone who will be coming back!!!!

I had surgery there yesterday,everyone was so friendly to me there and accommodating!! I had amazing nurses,I can’t remember everyone’s names,but my RN’s Debra,Carlita,and the RN that was with me when I woke up from surgery (can’t remember her name) they were all amazing and deserve recognition! Thank you all for your hard work and compassion!!

I had surgery on 12/27 at Northern Light Mercy Hospital fore st.The care I received from the moment I walked into the building was absolutely amazing. Reception greeted me with a warm welcome and support then on to preop where I was treated like a person not a number. I was given great information about what to expect, I was treated with compassion and respect every step of the way. Dr. Martino and the anesthesia staff took over from there and took wonderful care of me during the procedure. Their bedside manner and skills are top notch. Spent a few days there and the nursing staff again proved to be absolutely amazing! Kind, compassionate,supportive care every minute I was there!! I can’t thank you all enough for the care I received ??

COVID testing here is an absolute nightmare of wait time, no access to staff or callbacks, results not posted or relayed in a timely way. Go elsewhere for service if you can.

It's not okay for a Dr. to be rude and dismissive. It's also not okay to be clearly multi-tasking and then jump off a consult before answering questions. Also don't talk over your patient - listen to them. I'll be looking for a new Primary Care Physician and a new practice - it's that bad.

Well. The hospital staff and services are ok...BUT.....this person (see attached) is fraudulently claiming to be a ParaMedica for NLMH...and that is hurting their reputation because the person is a grotesgue racist.
