Carmen and Anne were great to work with. They were very helpful, friendly, and professional. Their communication and assistance during the purchase process was excellent.

Ben and the team were responsive and helpful in tuning up my Tiguan. I felt confident that they were taking the best care of my car and giving me the best service. Additionally Ben went above and beyond by noticing that my state inspection was due and performing that during my service as well.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation /balance. When I went to use my car the next morning I had a hazard light come on telling me low coolant. I called and went right in which is a 30 minutes drive for me and I was not going that way at all but I had to take it in to be checked, this was an inconvenience to drive back to Falmouth for them to top this off.

I’m slightly concerned with the email I received adter I left there and specifically asked the rep do I need brakes or tires… he explained I should be good… brakes are at 3 but you should be good till next change. I don’t believe the tires were rotated. My car wasn’t even cleaned on the inside they soaked my rubber mats and washed the car. This was my first time going to this dealership since I moved back from Florida. Looking into other vw I could go to for future visit. This was not the quality of oil change 70 mile check I have received in the past, not even a mention on the wipers I know I need and was hoping they would just bring it up and do it that day. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend to another VW owner, I don’t feel that my car will be safe come a couple weeks from now, also my tire light came on today; doesn’t seem right. Not pleased at all.

I wouldn’t purchase a Mazda from this dealership. They have one, part time, certified Mazda technician. My fully warrantied CX-9 sat on their lot waiting to be diagnosed for two months! Guess what? Until your Mazda is diagnosed, you are not covered by Mazda for a loaner car…..Morongs teeny tiny staffing for Mazda cost me $2,300 in rental car fees, and then a new battery because it sat for two months and they claimed that ruined batter. Not covered.Stay faaaar away from Morong Mazda, you are MUCH father ahead to travel to a real Mazda dealership, not a German garbage one that dabbles in superior Japanese vehicles as a hobby.

While my initial issue was fixed, every time I picked up my car it seemed to have more, new, issues/sounds. For example, When I picked it up for the second time, I heard a pop when putting the car into gear, and the top strut mount was squeaking (an issue which I had Sullivan Tire diagnose because Morong Falmouth was unable to). Furthermore, my backup camera was glitching out, something which was not an issue before I dropped the car off. Promised one-day services quickly turned into 4 day ordeals which were not always communicated to me. I was often left hanging, without any knowledge of how many days my car was going to be gone. Upon prompting, I was informed of my car's status but the communication I received was not always clear and professional (misspellings and miss use of capitalization). Primarily though, I am frustrated that I picked up my supposedly fixed car and it was still making unnatural noises.

This dealership sells Audis under its umbrella as well as Mazda and Volkswagon. Totally unprofessional parts department personnel after purchasing special order touchup paint for our 2018 Audi A4.First time visit for us and a special parts order for our A4. These parts dept personnel are beyond unprofessional; poor phone etiquette and basic professionalism that one would expect from a high-quality Audi dealership. And yes, we have purchased/leased new A4s for many years that included parts department purchases in other states besides Maine.Asked what "date" meant on paint tubes; for example, a mfg date, expiration date, shelf life, etc.?; no effort from parts department personnel to answer our question. Also no request to take an action item to research the question. What a waste of time for the customer!Never again will we do business at this dealership! Audi America needs to know about this lack of basic customer service.

My family of three, along with our dog, was on our way home to Philadelphia from a vacation in Nova Scotia. We noticed a check engine light and experienced some engine hesitations while driving. Upon arriving in Portland, we decided to address the issue before continuing to Philadelphia. However, when we visited Morong Falmouth Volkswagen, we were informed that they did not have the time to look into our issue, not even the 15 minutes required to read out the onboard computer. The next available appointment would be in the middle of September. The dealership's unwillingness to assist a family far away from home was astonishing. As a German, I must say that this VW dealership has successfully imported the level of known German customer service, paired with arrogance. Congratulations! On a different note, a small shop in Portland helped diagnose the problem and ensured that we could safely return to Philadelphia in less than 30 minutes!

I would give them a 1/2 star if I could; one star is giving them too much credit! After purchasing a used car for my son to have in college, I had the car inspected by our mechanic who found several issues that should not have been going on - the first one the exhaust had a leak (Morong had given it an inspection sticker!) and the second was a light was out, and the third being a heat shield vibration, and the fourth was rubbing from the brakes that they had replaced so it would pass inspection! They replaced the bulb without issue and finally the exhaust. They reported fixing the brake noise however after the 3rd time dropping off the car it still persisted, I finally just took the car back to our usual mechanic who fixed the issue in less than an hour. Very poor service - would NEVER purchase another vehicle from them and will make sure to tell our friends and family to avoid this dealership and service at all costs!

This service was a recall of the iD4 to replace the high voltage battery. No small task! The body has to be lifted off the chassis. The work took a little longer than anticipated, yet the use of a loaner made it easy.

I brought my car here to just have a battery replaced on my key fob under warranty and they decided to give it a full inspection, on their own, and tell me I had to replace my condenser and both struts, while they recharged my Freon. Non of which I asked for. When I picked up the car they told me I needed the 3100 in repairs and tried to get me agree to it. Complete BS, these people are sales people and try and take advantage of people. they just want your money. I didn't ask for them to do anything but replace my key fob battery. I drove my car away from these scam artists as quickly as I could.I brought my car to Black Point Auto in Scarborough and they gave my car a clean bill of health and nothing wrong with it. Do not do business here, these people are sharks.

bought new car and there is always an issue with the service desk and service: always! under warranty issues and just after , even for issues identified under warranty. staff are not friendly or helpful and try to hoodwink you with unnecessary jargon. don't come here.

I feel good about how thorough Morong is, including sending videos of a recommendation they have, with the mechanic explaining the rationale for the recommended service. I love that they also clean my car after the service too. I like the texting with the service advisor too. That makes communication so easy.

I came in for an oil change and inspection. Oil change was completed just fine as was the inspection. I couldn't get my sticker because I didn't have my registration on me. I was told I could come back the next day with the registration and they'd give me my sticker. When I came back in they did the inspection again and now all of a sudden I need new rear brakes even though the day before in the video they sent me they stated they were good enough and had enough life left to pass inspection. It went from an $18 dollar inspection to now all of a sudden a $750 dollar appt. I got my keys back and left. The tech was instructed to bring the vehicle up front and instead parked in the back of the facility. I had to wait around for them to find the tech to bring it back up. Then when I got in the car a piece of the interior that's behind the glove box was just thrown in the glove box and had not been snapped back in where it belongs.

I had made the appointment at least 3 weeks in advance and the first thing I heard when we dropped off the vehicle at 7:30 am was "we are short on technicians." I also made it clear that I wanted at least the inspection done that day and when we showed up to retrieve the vehicle at 4 15pm, nothing had been done to it, and I had not received any communication about the status of the vehicle. The service manager asked one of the technicians to inspect the vehicle, which was done promptly. I will need to reschedule the additional work that was supposed to be performed.
