VW MORONG Falmouth had my car 2021 VW for just AC fix 9 weeks. Horrible place. Service employees are unprofessional. I want get my car after 9 weeks on VW MORONG Falmouth and asked what have you done for nine weeks give me the receipt the paper I signed that you want bill my insurance. Those 8 pages!! The service tech says no this isn’t for you , it’s for us. This is for internal use, on what you paid. I was like give all those 8 pages. Not just these 2 pages. For 9 weeks lie after lie, my car has now other problems that I never had. I have text conversations how they treated me and how they lie. From just and O RING service for 9 weeks. I send to attorneys general of Maine. I even made a police report on them. These people are criminals !!

Always great service when looking for a new car. Long term sales people that are knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos to Ted and his 15 years at Morong, he’s been a steady hand from my first purchase almost 15 years ago to my 7th new purchase just today.

Used Car Update: Purchased a 2016 Volvo XC60 a few months ago and couldn't have been happier....until the car had gone through 4 quarts of oil in less than 1000k miles. Come to find out it was an issue with crappy rings in that year/model/engine of the Volvo. They tried to cover it up, got sued and were required to extend the warranty to 8yr/100000k warranty. The car only had 65k miles on it but was a few months over the date as they go by manufacture date and not sell date. Even though I think Volvo should stand behind their sht, they would not...but Morong did!! They sold it with a 1yr/12k powertrain warranty so they took care of it no questions asked and Alyssa from the service department was fantastic, they are lucky to have her working for them. They estimated it would take about 4-5 days which ended up turning into 2 weeks...however it was no big deal as they gave me a new Mazda CX5 as a loaner and I would rather it be fixed correctly rather than quickly. When I picked up the car I had a serious concern once I got it home. They immediately sent the tech who did the work (which was a major engine job) to my house to take a look. It was actually fine (totally my bad/mistake) which I felt terrible about having him come all the way out. He was wicked nice about it and actually took the time to go over everything they did and said no worries on my call, better safe than sorry. I could not be more impressed with all of them. And smart move on their part by giving me a new CX-5 as a loaner as when it's time to upgrade our 2019 Volvo we will be getting one of those for sure!! Not impressed with Volvo but could not be MORE impressed with Morong. They will absolutely be my first stop next time in the market for a car, either used or new. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Horrible experience with sales this past weekend, took some time to think about it before posting a review and I just keep coming back to how disappointed and offended I was. Worked with a sales person for over 3 hours, arrived interested in purchasing the vehicle same day and the sales manager made the environment completely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I understand the trade appraisal process and purchase process but the sales manager talked down to me like I wasn’t good enough to shop at his dealership and even told me my vehicle would not “fit his clientele” never mind try to negotiate, or if that was his effort to negotiate it was appalling. If he wasn’t so rude with the way he talked to me, I would’ve considered still moving forward. Now, I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle here. The manager gave the whole dealership a bad name with my experience.

Stay away. There is an attitude there. And, I was told I had damages sidewalls on my tires and needed 4 new ones. I took it elsewhere, and no new tires were needed. Since then, I've heard more bad things about them. It's too bad as they are only a few minutes from where I live.

Shannon Halstaed is the very best service manager who helps me tremendously whenever I need service on my Audi. She is exceptionally professional and the most effective communicator. She is kind, attentive and passionate and a goldmine asset at Morong Falmouth office.
