I bought a 2020 Q3. I am pleased with the car other than excessive replacement of brakes, tires, and rotors. At about 26000 miles I had to get new tires and brakes. Now at 52000 miles I need to replace brakes, rotors , and tires . Audi has said this is normal wear and tear so nothing is covered, yet they acknowledge this model has had others with comparable 'issues'. Morong fulfilled what they were responsible for. However I feel Audi should address the problem at the corporate level and resolve it.

My son had his used Audi serviced here at 90,000 miles. Great service from booking the appointment, to communication during, and friendly knowledgeable staff. Many months later I called the parts department for a quote and explained to them a strange issue we were having trying to put the original wheels back on the car. They went above and beyond to help us, calling the tire business, asking a tech for advice, and later calling me back with a possible answer to our issue - a hub- centric ring left over from after market wheels that was getting in the way of the original wheels fitting properly. I’m originally a small town girl and this place treats you like you’ve been a lifelong customer. Definitely recommend!

Don’t bother going here. I’ve never met a more uninterested salesman in my life (Tyler). Terrible attitude. It seemed like he was profiling us age wise…and he acted like it was bothering him to assist us with anything Audi related. I have no idea how that guy sells vehicles.

I've called twice and had to leave a message each time. I never received a call back. We purchased our 2024 Audi from Morong. Just trying to get the car serviced. Will try a third time. Update: I did receive a call from Shannon, who was most helpful. She was very nice and helpful. She was more than accommodating to getting an appointment setup for me. Thank you

Love this place! Walked in to have work done on my car & I was treated like they knew me a long time! Everyone was so friendly. My car was repaired quickly as I thought I’d be without it for at least a week. It took 2 days & I was so happy! I would recommend them to everyone!

Had a terrible experience years ago and had avoided Morong ever since. A car popped up that I had been looking for so thought I’d give them a shot. Everyone was super responsive and helpful and I felt both the sales manager and sales woman went above and beyond. Would definitely go back when looking for another vehicle

We had an issue with a customers Audi that needed to go to the dealer for software update. While I can not say that I was happy at being charged 3 hours for this, nobody is really happy spending money on car repairs so this is not their fault. I will say that being another shop, they scheduled us in same day, and had vehicle diagnosed and repaired by end of day. To me, that is what matters most. They were professional, kept us informed, and got prior approval of any work. I would recommend them and will use them again for future issues.

Great experience with Morong after a couple of issues. At the end of the day they worked with me everything was resolved and could not have asked for a better experience. Would strongly recommended Morong to anyone.

This dealer is very money motivated. In 2022 I was shopping for an e-tron, and audi was running a leasing promotion. I called up Morong about it but was told that they were not honoring the Audi lease promotion because the car was in high demand. I leased one from Thompson Audi instead, who did honor the deal. Fast forward 2 years later, I just called Morong to make my 2 year service appointment. I was told that the cost would be over $800 just to perform the basic Audi maintenance. I asked why it was so high and what would happen if I didn't do it, and they told me that not performing service might void the manufacturer warranty. Again, I called Thompson Audi and their price was just over $300 for the same service. I can't recommend this dealer when there are better options nearby,

John Philips was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose. He answered all my questions and a few I forgot to ask! There was no pressure to decide or purchase. I did purchase and that didn’t end his service. He proceeded to help me learn the new digital systems on the vehicle until I was comfortable to drive it home. I would highly recommend John and Morong Falmouth for anyone considering a new car!
