Not her fault you didn't have one of the two most popular brands available. That last part represents managerial stupidity. I wound up spending $802 elsewhere an hour later.”

“James is an amazing sales representative. His customer service skills went well beyond my expectations. I went in with a sim card issue on my iPhone 13 and left with an iPhone 15 pro max and a new iPad. James gave me the best advice and explained all of my options clearly. My boyfriend and I spent a few hours at Verizon on a Saturday, which doesn’t sound like fun, but James made it a friendly, and welcoming experience. I got two brand new devices and my bill went down! He was very patient and explained everything in great detail. Carter even summarized our visit in detail before we left the store in great detail. “I went into the Westbrook Maine store at 4pm on Thursday Dec. 29th 2022. I went in to upgrade my phone and Seth was who worked with me. We ran into… some issues…to say the least with the phone I picked and Seth was very polite and very professional in how he handled the situation. Seth has a very soft and calming voice and when things are going wrong it’s nice to hear. Seth was there on his day off and with the problems we had he was there well after close working to get me into my new phone.While Seth was waiting for new phone to update he talked to me like a friend and not just a customer and it made waiting much easier!Seth went above and beyond when he didn’t have to and it was much appreciated!
