Ocean State Job Lot literally had this bin on a shelf filled with dirty water and what appears to be decaying ceiling tile. What are they even doing.

Easy to navigate. This Center has matured over the years and has evolved into a nice mix of Shaw's Supermarket, Goodwill, Ocean State Odd Lots, Eliz. Moss Gallery, Falmouth House of Pizza,and Bank of America and now a couple of multi story office buildings and more
