I've been attending Strong classes for about 3 months and couldn't be happier! My biggest appreciation is them working with anyone starting, at their level, while maintaining a class with others. Nobody feels left behind, or as if they're not doing well enough. Also, I experienced a hurt shoulder (not due to class) that would've had me stopping working out if I was on my own. At class, I was given workarounds.

After years of not working out, my now over-the-hill self was reluctant to join a gym where all I got from a membership was access to equipment, but after meeting with Nick it was easy to make the choice to give Beyond Strength a try. I absolutely love the trainers, the vibe, and the folks I share classes with every week. The workouts are doable and fun, and can be modified for any limitation. Not only am I able to work out again, but I love doing it!

I can't say enough good things about the trainers at Beyond Strength. If you had asked me 6 months ago about strength training I would have made up all kinds of excuses about why I couldn't do it (hip replacement/arthritis in my knee). But after seeing the results in my friend Sally, both physically and her confidence, I decided to give it a try. They have been super helping me figure out how to work around my challenges to push myself without hurting myself. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. I look forward to working out now and I never thought I would be able to say that!!

These guys know what they're doing! Individualized personal training, unparalleled expertise, and easy month-to-month contracts. Not to mention everyone here is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They even do special injury rehabilitation programs and boot camps, too.
