Very polite, courteous, attentive and thoughtful in Falmouth where I opened my account and in Millinocket as well.The assistant manager in Millinocket knows that I use a walker and One afternoon she was walking by the door saw me in my car and stepped out and asked if I had done my banking business successfully because they were closing in ten minutes. I had already been in the bank and had done my banking business successfully I was just taking a longer time getting in my car to leave. That Is the type of customer service they employ.....looking out for the customer! I also MUST add that I’ve had to call with a question more than once.... and the call-center response team is also superlative. Although I am not a large deposit customer by any measure, I’m treated like I’m worth $1 million. I certainly feel “that you matter more” at Bangor Savings Bank.”
