I've been dealing with Dana through MB Rents which is their rental division. He has been nothing but kind to me every week when I rent their zero turn mower from them. Since day one, he has always been very helpful and accommodating. The entire staff at the fairfield location are amazing to deal with and are always super friendly. They know their customers by name. I highly recommend them.

I bought a used tractor from MB. Justin held it for me until I could get there to see it. The price was good so I didn't haggle but I had a list of things I wanted done. Everything was completed as promised. Delivery was on time.

Bought my very first tractor! I knew zero about tractors other than I needed one for my newly purchased 50 acres. What a hidden gem MB Tractors is. Lisa (sales) was awesome... patiently explained the basics to me, helping me buy the right size tractor with the right implements. Took my 75 calls and texts asking annoying questions ?. Ordering, financing, and delivery... zero complaints. John delivered my tractor. He took the time to explain (and demonstrate) every lever, button, and gauge. Friends and neighbors gave me 'other places' to buy my Kubota; pretty far away from me. I was told these places were good at 'after the sale' service. Given the very pleasant experience I had with MB, I am sure my 'after the sale' relationship with MB will be just as pleasant. Great place; good people.

Service is beyond fantastic! My husband dropped his tractor off in the afternoon, by the next morning they knew what was wrong and had it fixed within two hours. Pricing was very reasonable also. I highly recommend them!

Horrible service. Zero turn was there for almost 1 month and when I picked it up it didn't even turn over to start. It was running when it was dropped off. Was charged over $500 for 2 belts and an oil change. No estimate was EVER given after it was asked for. I spent an additional $30 in parts (elsewhere) and got it back to 'running/mowing' condition.
