Hinckley General Store is a small family owned convenience store located between Fairfield and Skowhegan. It is a wonderful country store with very sweet and awesome employees. They offer more food options, making the best pizzas, sandwiches, and a very good cheeseburger. The grocery items are higher priced than other stores, but it is a helpful option if you cannot get to town. The new owners have done a fantastic job, and it remains a loved local spot with good food and very good options.
