I have rented a Penske truck from Maine Storage Plus for 3 years in a row and they always take great care of me. Kathy gives great customer service and they make it so easy to pick up and drop off your truck. I highly recommened Maine Storage Plus.

In August of 2018, I had the good fortune to rent a 26 foot truck for a move from Ellsworth, ME to Beals Island, ME. The manager (owner?) and his assistant were extremely professional from start to finish. Any move is stressful, but this move was exceptionally tough as it was necessitated by a flood in my apartment. The manager's friendly personality when I called later to ask some details about my bill put me at ease and was very appreciated.

Do NOT rent a truck from these people! I rented a truck for late afternoon pick-up and after a 7 hour drive, arrived at their facility to find they decided to close 30 minutes early. No note, no phone call to tell me they were closing and no call the following day to apologize for costing me an extra day of moving and hotel fees. Save your time and go to the Penske dealer in Hampden only 20 miles away. They pulled me out of this jam.

Do NOT rent a truck from these people! I rented for an afternoon pick-up and after a 7 hour drive arrived to find they decided to close 30 minutes early. No note, no call to let me know thy were closing and no call the next day to apologize for costing me an extra day of moving and hotel fees. Please note there was no bad weather that day either. Go to the Penske dealer in Hampden only 20 miles away. Stay away from Storage Plus!!
