I just moved to Maine from Atlanta last summer and was worried I wouldn’t find a gym but QCA is better than most gyms in ATL! All the basic equipment you would ever need and then some. Kellen is always a pleasure to see here and keeps the place super clean and organized. Love this gym!

I got a day pass today. I’m on vacation in the area but I would join if I lived in the area. Great gym with everything you need for all compound lifts along with a variety of machines and cardio equipment. Place was very clean and equipment was well maintained.

We live in Ellsworth and have had a family membership for over a year! We enjoy the convenience of going at anytime and the location. The equipment is nice and functional and the clientele is good and not intimidating. We also enjoy that it is not overrun with people.
