Great store absolutely giant collection of atvs of all kinds! very impressive the staff seems great plenty of people to help you with your needs. Haven't used the service department but judging by the rest of the place I'm sure they are well trained for anything that comes there way. Also love that they sell bobcat mowers and even tractors. Looking forward to my next visit

Helped me out bigntime getting tires put on last minute to save a motorcycle trip. Cost more than I'd hoped by what can you ask for on short notice. Got me in and on the road in a few hours.

I went to friend and friend to purchase a Yamaha MT-03, which is a $4999 bike. They tried to charge me nearly $6800, which included a $1100 freight and delivery fee. When I balked at the price, Kyle stated that those delivery fees really get you. I declined the sale and promptly found another MT-03 at another dealer for $6043, which included a $399 freight and delivery fee. Not sure if they tried to overcharge me because I’m a woman or if they just like to tack on exorbitant fees, but I won’t ever be making a purchase here.

Highly recommend!
I unfortunately got a flat tire on my motorcycle while visiting Bar Harbour, Maine in June 2024.I called a few garages in the area, and one of them recommended Friend & Friend in Ellsworth.
After calling them and setting up an appointment, I had my bike towed to them the next day and less than 24 hrs later, I got a call back saying that my bike was ready to be picked up!
Not only was the service quick, I also received a discount on the actual new tire as I purchased it from them directly, and to top it all off, THEY ACTUALLY WASHED MY BIKE! (which it desperately needed from the long road trip from Montreal to Bar Harbour!).
Never, in my 4 years of riding, has my bike been washed when I brought it in for a repair. I was ecstatic!
The whole experience of getting a flat, making calls, having it towed and the additional cost that I wasn't anticipating, was quite stressful and not something I wanted to deal with while on vacation, but they certainly made the bad experience a LOT better with their excellent service!

Stopped in to compare prices to home (up here for vacation). Spoke with Everett, very relatable and super helpful. Ended up getting a can am outlander 850 MAX. The crew up here made in painless and are very informative. Everett was a huge help with getting everything loaded and giving us some local recommendations for food and other activities. The crew here is awesome. Highly recommend.
