We own a fifth wheel and our kitchen faucet began to leak so we had to shut our water off to our entire rig. I called them on a Saturday morning and was informed that the technician named Bernie would be there in a few hours and would call an hour before he came, which is just what he did. He was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. We needed a new kitchen faucet. He went out and purchased one for us and installed it and also installed shut offs underneath the sink. He was EXCELLENT! We also had a nice discussion about area, restaurants, and places to see while he was doing his work. He is very personable and it was our pleasure utilizing his service. We highly recommend this company to anyone in need of an RV repair. The photo is of our old faucet that he removed.

Called in the AM. Was told he was on a job but would call. Came in the afternoon, diagnosed our water pump leak, replaced and repaired additional pipes to make sure it was completed. Could not have been happier.

Despite saying they would call that afternoon, no one ever called back to arrange an appt for mobile RV service. Left multiple messages. None were returned. Don't bother calling.

Burnie just left. Called this am, made arrangements for this afternoon. He was on time, diagnosed our bad water pump and replaced. He was professional and courteous. We couldn't be happier. Thanks for keeping us on the road!

Used for storageNo office for assistance, no lot map, just park wherever on their unsecured ungated wide open lot.No security.Sign up online and make your payment. BE AWARE its a reoccurring payment without telling you. You get "reminder to make a payment" messages, but rest assure the payments being made automatically. So when I moved out a week prior to next billing date out, they still charged. They told me i "didnt go thru proper move out procedure" which i was never told about on the brief conversation over the phone when the woman said "sign up online"Ive never had to go through any procedure to move out of any storage facility. When my things aren't there, when my rented space is empty and vacant, im not charged. And all of those places have offices, and survellance, and keep track of whats going on because i feel like thats what im paying for? That and secure storage which also is not what i recieved.I was then called a liar and hung up on mid conversation when trying to get my money refunded. Had to call back 2x before i got a response. The phone was passed between the husband and wife owners with the other in the background yelling over the conversation. They asked where i stored my camper now, so they could call them to see what their move out procedure is. because clearly since i did not go thru their unexplained procedure, they werent obligated to refund me. When i told them where i was storing it (Massachusetts) i was then immediatly judged as they begain to both passively insult me. because i live out of state which makes me sub human. Because i live out of state im not tolerating their poor business "hands free" set up or treatment or unprofessionalism. When i told them i was actually local, they scoffed "yea okay."They claim i have Massachusetts plates (i dont have Massachusetts plates) thats why i have an attitude....because in down east maine if youre not born raised and died there married to your 3rd cousin youre not worthy of being treated with any sort of respect type of mentality. It comes down to they dont know how to reverse payments or want to give money back for services unrendered. She initially tried to tell me if she "moved me out" today she still couldn't refund me. Later they needed my address to send me a 3rd party check. Class. Store your stuff elsewhere. Because i went at night and got my camper a week prior to this ordeal, and they had no idea it was even off their lot.

Other reviews have mentioned poor communication, and this was my experience.I had a small plumbing leak and also needed some routine maintenance, primarily I wanted the roof checked and resealed if necessary. Ellsworth RV was the closest repair shop so I called them on a Monday. She said that the tech could come out on Thursday or Friday, and would give me a one hour notice. I said that a two day window with a one hour notice will not work, that my schedule is flexible but I need a smaller window than two full days, and/or more notice than one hour. She said she'd call me later in the week to narrow down the time window. I didn't hear from her by Thursday and assumed they just didn't want my business.Sure enough, she calls me on Friday to tell me that the tech is on his way. I was on my way out and this wasn't going to work, plus it was over 90F, far too hot to have someone working on the roof. I asked if I could park overnight at their shop sometime the following week and they could work on the roof in the morning before it got too hot, and she said no problem and would call me back to schedule. She called later that day and said that I could NOT park in the lot because there was construction, and they won't reseal my roof in the summer anyway, it needs to be done in spring or fall. She should have told me this when I originally called. I was going to Acadia and it would not have been practical to schedule mobile service there.Full time RVers know how difficult it is to schedule service, and it's frustrating when a shop wastes your time like this. My small plumbing leak is getting worse, and I wasted a week that I could have been looking for another repair shop.

Very unreliable business, beware of false promises! Things started out well ... I called when we arrived into town with a plumbing issue on our 5th wheel and Bernie came out first thing the next morning. He wasn't able to diagnose it during that visit and indicated it might be a two-person job, then stated he would come out again the next morning, presumably with a helper. We adjusted our sightseeing plans and waited all morning at the campsite and he never showed or called. I left multiple voicemails during this time, which were never returned. I called again the following day and left another voicemail which was also never returned. We figure he didn't want to dig further into our issue so chose not to pursue the job, which would have been perfectly acceptable but he should have just told us! We not only wasted some of our leisure time but also missed an opportunity to contact other repair shops that may have been able to address our problem before we had to move on to our next destination. Very disappointing customer service!

We called several times finally got a call back. We had a screw in our rv tire. He finally showed up and said he could plug it and would be out the next day to do it. At the end of the day we still hadn't seen him so we called. Was told it would be the next day. We had plans so they said no problem he would come fix it and we could pay over the phone he called us while we were out and said he couldn't do it. He had taken the screw out which let all the air out and broke the seal which meant we could no longer drive it anywhere to get it fixed which resulted in us having to call a tow company to come take the tire off and take it to get it fixed!

I was staying at Narrows Too (6/3 - 6/8) and with two days left my awning broke. I called a few places but no luck and then at the last minute I called Ellsworth RV. The tech was out that day but I was away. However the next day on his accord he came by to check and set up a date to fix it. He was prompt, efficient and price was quite reasonable. I don’t usually give bad ratings to businesses, but we have had an issue with the Ellsworth RV place starting last year just after Randy sold it and he continued working there for awhile. Randy came to fix our AC as it only was working in the bedroom area and not the living room. When he left it was now only working in the living room. The new owner came to look at it and we agreed to wait until summer for him to repair it at no cost to us. He came back this summer and said he wasn’t to sure about how to fix it but he would check with someone that might know. Never heard from him again. My husband called again and talked to a lady who was very rude and said it was Randy’s fault and they weren’t going to do anything about it. At this point, my husband was a little upset and the lady said, so sue us and hung up. Needless to say, there went our money. I just wish they had said we really don’t know how to fix this and let’s compromise some how. But no, their reply, just sue us!
