“Portland Glass did a great job replacing my windshield and recalibrating the safety features of my vehicle. The only complaint is with the appointment process. It sounded like a centralized call center that made my appointment for a day on which the local shop did not receive supplies. I dropped the vehicle off the night before the originally scheduled appointment day, but the work could not be done until the day after, so I was without my vehicle for two days rather than one. A minor inconvenience but an opportunity for improvement in the appointment scheduling system. The call center personnel should know when each shop is actually able to do the work.”

Lisa and the whole team at the Ellsworth location were very helpful, accomodating, and personable! They were able to squeeze us in the next morning. If I lived closer I would come back to this business again and again!”
