“I have bought many vehicles from Darlings over the past few years. I recently just traded in for a new Chrysler Pacifica. I had many boxes that I needed to be checked and I wanted a reasonable offer for my trade in. I searched all over the state of Maine looking for what I wanted and sent an email to Darlings requesting to build a new one. Immediately, Bill MacDonald emailed me back. I told him everything I wanted/needed. We set up a time to meet and at my arrival, I was surprised to see that he had two set up for me, one exactly what I wanted and one a little step up. Everything from then on was seamless. I think he started studying the van from the moment I reached out, because he knew what every button did and how everything worked. Tom appraised my trade in and gave me exactly what I was expecting, Aaron did all the finances with us and was speedy and quick, Darron gave us exquisite customer service- making us feel warm and welcome and of course Bill, was one of the best salesmen I think we have ever met. He spoke very highly of the company, which says a lot!

“Portland Glass did a great job replacing my windshield and recalibrating the safety features of my vehicle. The only complaint is with the appointment process. It sounded like a centralized call center that made my appointment for a day on which the local shop did not receive supplies. I dropped the vehicle off the night before the originally scheduled appointment day, but the work could not be done until the day after, so I was without my vehicle for two days rather than one. A minor inconvenience but an opportunity for improvement in the appointment scheduling system. The call center personnel should know when each shop is actually able to do the work.”

“These guys are the best! The tire pressure light came on in our rental car when visiting Acadia at the start of a planned roadtrip around New England. They found the issue and fixed it on the spot - at no charge! In less than 20 minutes, we were back to enjoying the rest of our trip with peace of mind that our rental car was safe.
