I don't know if it's because I'm a woman, but I never seem to get the respect I think I should from this group. I had an older suv and they were OK with me the couple of times I went there. ( I lived in MA. at the time.) I stopped going to them because things I thought they fixed were going wrong. But I figured then probably just the car. Then I recently got a classic Mercedes convertible. My husband took it in for me because it intermittently wouldn't start. It wasn't the battery because eventually it would turn over like nothing was wrong. No starter noise, no click like battery. Nothing. They sold him a battery. I don't drive it every day, maybe 2-3 times a month so I wasn't having issues. After we bought the battery I stopped by and questioned why a battery. If it were the battery, why would it start? Isn't a dead battery dead? All lights, radio, wipers worked. Anyway, I digress. I could not understand the logic. Now 2 months later and maybe 3 times driven, it is happening again. Turn the key, nothing. Eight times or so same thing then starts. Guessing not the battery?. Going elsewhere.
