I'm very disappointed in this business's customer service. I purchased my order on Jan 5. The ship date on my order said Jan 13. The seller then updated it to Jan 14 then Jan 15. Today is Jan 18 and my order still has not shipped. I purchased this two weeks ago. The owner will not answer my calls. I have privately messaged them on Faire where I placed my order. The owner has "Read Receipt" on their messages but will not respond to me. I am opening a business and was really excited to use these cool rock wine dispensers to serve customers drinks when launch my company next Wednesday. Unfortunately days before my event I am going to have to come up with a Plan B because the seller fell short on his end. And now I'm having a really hard time finding something that can get to me in time. Really disappointed in your customer service. Especially when I purchased these items two weeks ago and they still haven't shipped.

I was sent a medium vase with the top opening rough and apparently drilled incorrectly as the tops sides appear to be crumbling. I have been trying for 2 months by sending emails requesting a replacement and no one responds. So disappointing - they received their money and have no interest in the buyers satisfaction.
