We have visited Sheepscot River Pottery out at Edgecomb and in Portland and usually bought something at each visit. We now bought something on-line and are happy with the experience but visiting your showroom has its own rich appeal that we missed in buying your 50-Year mug ... but we had to have it.

I want to thank Sheepscot River Pottery for helping me out of a horrific mess. My 90 yr old father broke my mother’s favorite trivet soon after her death. They’d been married 65 yrs and it just broke his heart. Unfortunately when I searched SRP for a replacement, I cldn’t find one. I contacted them and they called soon after to ask for an address! Leave it to Maine artists to go out of their way to make a duplicate trivet my mother bought over 20 yrs ago.

Touring Portland Maine for the 1st time, I wandered into your shop, drawn in by the window displays, and discovered Blue Lobster pattern, I love it!! I was able to purchase items, which Rylie held safely for me, while I continued to explore Portland!
I have continued to add to my collection via the convenience of on line shopping, and my US postal delivery person loves the packaging!
Can’t wait to return to Portland, for another in store visit, thank you for the beautiful products and amazing customer service!

Absolutely beautiful! Our granddaughter was beyond thrilled. She especially loved the 'weight' of these mugs. She said when she held it in her hand it felt sturdy, but not too heavy...'perfect' was her opinion. There really is nothing like Artisan craftsmanship. She said she will treasure these mugs always.

There are many pottery shops in Maine but SRP is my absolute favorite. I always stop in when in Portland and when I can’t hold out until our next trip, I’ve now made a few online purchases. The shipping is very quick and extremely reasonably priced. Forever customer!

We love our beautiful mugs! Ordered 2 straight sided, decorated with blue glaze, the lobster & the school of fish. We added them to our collection of Sheepscot River Pottery mugs. Shipping was fast and they were packaged perfectly. When there are more in stock we’ll add some other designs. Thank you!

Easy online ordering experience, but my favorite designs for chowder mugs were mostly sold out. Prefer shopping in the store when in Maine, but wanted to take advantage of their January sale! Haven’t received my order yet, but I’m familiar with their pottery and have collected it for several years. My favorite pottery of all!
