Very disappointed in the lack of communication and scheduling from this business. I was told they were either too busy to get back to me, or full even if I asked to be put on a waiting list for four months. They really didn't want my business after all. Must be great to be so busy you don't need to follow through with your pledge. We will find another spot more welcoming. They obviously don't need the business. (Check the local YMCA. Often they have dog training classes at a fraction of the price and were able to take me immediately.)

I have only been to one free puppy session, but came out with a good experience. Sara is really knowledgeable in what she is doing. Can't wait to go back.

A smart, humane, effective training method with a welcoming nonjudgmental, welcoming attitude. It's a long drive for me, but I've enjoyed my experiences here and plan to return!

I have been training with Marcia Welch for over 15 years and think Positively Best Friends is the BEST. If you are interested in competition or just want to build a better relationship with your dog I highly recommend PBF.

A previous trainer damaged my confidence. I changed trainers to Marcia Welch. My confidence has returned and my dogs performance has soared. Amazing, knowledgeable trainer who is very supportive I am so happy I have found Positively Best Friends and highly recommend to anyone who wants superior performance from his/her dog.
