“Michelle is a hoot & a great lady:). She contends w/patrons all day looooong. Michelle's answers inquiries, waits on patrons. Waiting for folks unprepared or otheris difficult. In todays economy we're digging in pockets for change. With that being said she has patience!!I waited 10 minutes at the local P.O. a man ahead of me was digging forever & ever & ever. I could've dug a shallow grave in that X. Haha! I had some patience, late for appt & was getting ready 2 pay his remainder.It takes patience today. Prices have soared. Need groceries & I don't need a bag. I spent $100-$200 +++ & can carry all in my arms:( everyone needs a hand up.Continuing~~Lauren is down to earth & a "get it done"!!Her Twin, not twin is super nice too. I Forget Names:/ ie: CVS Main Street Sanford==professional & courteous!I've been going to CVS in Sanford for years. When I 1st met Lauren. We have the same name meaning~'Victory"! & she is wicked nice!All the professional staff at CVS arevGreat, with a great sense of humor.Michelle checks me out oftentimes.The lady at the front of the house is funny & sweet too! They get slammed & always maintain:)I told a family member to switch to CVS in Sanford. She asked, "why?" I told her check all my above-mentioned reasons. I'm always treated with respect!●I wish they could get their lot paved:)●☆They are good people! Thank you CVS for being kind & helpful!▪︎Go FUND ME!~~CVS'S parking lot!! “I called yesterday to try to make sure a prescription was ready to be picked up first thing in the morning today. When I called at 10:03, 3 mins after they opened, today the woman who answered the phone was already aware of the situation, I didn’t even have to give my name and she told me the pharmacist David had it on his mind before he walked in the door. He was already working on filling it within minutes of opening.. Its great to see people put in that kind of care to meet 1 persons specific needs even when they have a lot of other things going on. So I’d like to give a shout out to the pharmacy employees at Sanford Walgreens for their dedication and support. Thank you!!”

“I don't think people truly understand the communication between pharmacys and your providers office. Is the pharmacy doesn't have your prescription, most of the time it's the bombarded pcp office that hasn't sent it yet, or sent the wrong onez in which it would need to be fixed and resent.Also, alot of people are showing up to the pharmacy without knowing if their script is ready?? Get the walgreens app where it tells u the status... I've literally never had an issue and I get numerous medications monthly. They even knoe how to push the Auth thru for my insurance so it's not a back and forth game. As someone who use to work in the medical field, I commend the people who have stayed at walgreens. They are short staffed since covid but again. Never had a problem. Sorry for those who have to fight with Dr offices to get their scripts.”

“Our son had a seizure last night by the pharmacy and every worker was so nice during his episode they were all asking what they can do to help and very attentive. He has a known seizure disorder so we knew what to do but the compassion of the staff was very much appreciated.”
