“Thank you!! I was visiting Maine for a family wedding and was due to leave to head home today. Yesterday my truck broke down. After many frustrating phone calls to other dealers that were unwilling to help, I chose to make one more call to your service department. I reached Braxton in service. He was extremely nice, and told me if I could get my vehicle there they would at least diagnos it. By 10am this morning they had my truck, diagnosed, repaired and me able to get on the road to head home. It was amazing, the car was used but had way less than 100k miles. The car drives great and has been a blessing! “I have never, in my 67 years encountered a more honest, forthright, and skilled mechanic. I took my van in with what I thought was a major transmission issue. When he couldn't reproduce the symptoms, Paul called me and I picked it up with NO CHARGE! He is currently replacing the frame on my son in law's pickup. I don't think there's anything he can't fix. When I got there to check in for my 11 AM appointment, Lisa, the manager I do believe.? told me she could not find me anywhere in the system but she was able to still get me in.I asked her if she could throw in an oil change as I was due, and she said absolutely.Car was ready for pick up in under two hours.Customer service was 100%.Lisa was amazing.”
