We went to the Dover Foxcroft Shaws at 730 on Saturday morning, they had 1 cashier, and an employee who was walking around carrying her coffee. I asked if they had someone to open another line, there were 5 people in line, 3 with pretty big orders, we had 5 items, she said no they had no help. She could have at least helped bag to move the line along. We left without buying anything, and went to the other store in town. In a side note the Bakery/Deli staff were very nice.

I mainly use the drive up/pickup service and I have no complaints. Everything is usually fast and easy and the employees are great.
This last order, I guess there were some technical issues with the app that caused some problems with people's orders getting delayed and then rescheduled or cancelled. Minor inconvenience for me but I'm sure a huge pain for the employees to sort out. Mike was right on it this morning getting it all taken care of and we very much appreciate the employees for their hard work when things are chaotic!

I love Shaw's but I only shop and buy what is on sale and use the digital coupons. They have saved me a lot of money. I also used the service of having them do my shopping and I just picked it up as they delivered it to my car to me. I loved that, you just use your phone, make your list, what you want to buy, then pay for it and pick a time you want to pick it up! Amazing!! I love it!

The aisles are cluttered with displays making it difficult to navigate.
