Staff is disrespectful of customers time.Waited an hour for a prescription that should have been filled when I arrived for them to refuse to fill the prescription stating that my insurance didn’t work. There’s nothing wrong with my insurance-the pharmacy tech just can’t use a computer, apparently.Left empty handed and told to come back in a few days so they have a chance to call people.Glad it’s a prescription that I won’t die without. An hour of my life that I won’t get back.Edited to add: just compared pricing with Amazon and Shaws is charging double. Moral of the story- it doesn’t pay to shop local!

I called the day I took my last Thyroid med, no problem they said, mind you I’m on automatic refills! no med when I was told it had been mailed on The 21! Today I received another med in two days, 7 days today still no thyroid meds, so I called, I’m told to go to Walgreens!!! maybe I’d like it better!! I’ve done business with Oscos forever, to be treated like this is just wrong! It’s always someone else’s fault when these errors are made it seems. Just upsets me greatly,!long time customers makes no difference!

Never will go here again. My daughters has been waiting for 4 days for her meds they try to say they never got the order but yet I got a text from osco an hour after the doctor called it in saying it was ready. Amber should reconsider her attitude towards patients cause this momma isn’t having it

Within 24 hours it seems they can get just about anything. Not only that, they refill 90 days worth of meds at a time, unlike their competitors who do only 30.

We always liked Shaws supermarket up until we moved south 8 years ago. They had BOGO offers and had clearance shelves, both off which Hannaford didn't seem to do. So we tended to shop there more, though we still used Hannafords. (Oddly enough, we similarly divided our shopping down south between two similar chains: Winn-Dixie, who offered BVOGO items; and Publix who don't) So now we are back in Maine, having grown tired of the heat and other stuff about Florida. Shaw's doesn't appear to have as many BOGO sales as I remember, and we do have a Hannafords around the corner from us here in Dexter, but it is still worth an occasional trip to this Shaw's to pick up some items. So far, so good as far as pricing and availability of items.
