The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, assisting with questions and finding parts. Customers report a very helpful and friendly service experience. They offer a lot of products and services. Many state they will definitely be back and that it is their favorite local store.
They have a huge selection for a local hardware store. Laurie and the other staff are very willing to help and order things they may not have in stock. My business goes there up to several times a day, and they are always helpful and courteous, and considerate of our time.
