Won't refill your prescription without you calling and asking them every week and even when you do call its a 50/50 chance they'll actually fill it I usally have to call then show up and then come back after there lunch break to get meds filled

They are always friendly and helpful to me. PRO TIP: If you treat people behind the counter respectfully, they 99.9% of the time will help you out with a smile and try their best to make sure your needs are a priority.I've seen their staff stay very patient when customers have gotten pretty nasty with them.

Everyone that I have encountered at the pharmacy in Dexter has been more than friendly. They seem to do their work in a very professional manner. It is hard work, to be a pharmacy that takes care of so many people in such a small shop. But they have never disappointed me, and actually have gone out of their way to accommodate me. Thank you very much to the men and women of the Dexter pharmacy.

I swear they don’t look at incoming prescriptions until you go to pick it up, then tell you it will be a few more minutes since they are looking at it for the first time even though it was called it the day before.

Every single time it's a struggle to get my prescription either from not having it, not getting to it even after several DAYS or getting told to come back at a certain time just to come back and be told they don't even have it in stock or that it's not ready. Then when you show you're even just a little upset at having to keep driving around they act rude like it's your fault. Done with this pharmacy. I can understand mistakes orlow stock every now and then but EVERY TIME?? Come on...

I asked about purchasing Sudafed from the pharmacist. She said not without a prescription. I said really, wow. Then I said I got done awhile ago at the pharmacy 10 miles away and she got really rude about it being different at this store. That's fine. I wasn't arguing, I was asking. I'm from NY here on vacation, I am not aware of all the prescription laws in Maine.

I come to hanaford on a daily basis when I am in Dexter Maine. I like this store specifically because of the people and the quality of the produce. Clean Stores equal clean un contaminated food. Thank you.

I came into Hanaford today. Nice clean well stocked store. Well dressed, polite Cashiers, clean bathroom. My shopping experience was off the chain.
