I stop in to make an appointment , no one would help me , I was following them trying to get there attention, followed them into one of there bays which I knew wasn't a good idea. So turned around and left , had my car serviced in newport. They took care of me right away

We have used this place for years and never really had an issue. Recently we had a flat tire that needed to be replaced at a garage, so I had the tow truck take it there. I called the next afternoon and asked if they'd gotten it fixed and he seemed confused and eventually said yes it's done, I said great I'll pick it up later. Went to pick it up and it was still sitting with a flat tire. Hubby called the next day and they said once again it's done come and get it. We went to pick it up again and this time it still was not done and now there was a problem with the transmission!! We did not have that problem before. They told us to come later, so we ran errands and came back paid for the repairs and drove home. Not two hours later we were stuck with a transmission that couldn't shift. Had it towed once again to the garage and it's still sitting there days later and they have not gotten a chance to look at it!! Never using this place again!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Took my daughters car for inspection. Car is solid no rust tight as a drum came out with some bull.that it needed ball joint and wheel bearing. I have built Harleys. Cars extra.it should be called crooks.friend of ours same thing were told to him. beware or bring lube

I'm not sure whats up with these guys.. drop my car off for my appointment.. call a few hours later and told it's all done $1385 ... give them my card number... get called 15 minutes later. Nothing was done to it, card not charged. Gave me an oil change though... I need my car to go to work do I make another appointment for 10 days out... ask them to leave my keys in it. Drive all the way put there.. keys not in my car. Have to work at 8am.. they don't open til 8am.. so now I'm out of work, my car wasn't fixed and couldn't be utilized on my day off... and can't even get my own car back to do my life. Very much not impressed.
