Walgreens has become the worst pharmacy ever! I've been a customer there ever since they bought out rite aid. They used to be a "hometown" pharmacy, now they have fired all the local people and replaced them with outside managers to run the pharmacy and they are so rude and bitchy! I don't understand why they are doing this to there long standing customers.I have given up on them completely! I need a special medication ordered and the pharmacist named Stanley said he didn't think he could help me and didn't know if he could get it... that's before he even tried! Then there was Frank at the counter who treated me like I was just a new person who just came on off the street! How rude and disrespectful! Walgreens has gone to pot! Go somewhere else people!

Could not give it "0" rating......So I have been on hold now for 20 minutes to ask what my prescription cost would be if I transfer to Walgreens under my new insurance and after biding met time ready the horrendous reviews.....I am convinced to look elsewhere!Listen up whomever owns/manages this Walgreens you have to get your act together or you will no longer be employed!

Terrible pharmacy, hold on phone for 45 min (more than once)and they hang up, when and if you get through, they are rude. , I'll never set foot in there again... Moving my prescriptions and business elsewhere. I'd rather drive and extra 30 min than be treated that way. It's not worth it.

I am continually disappointed by the complete lack of service at this location, but it really hit an all time low today. The pharmacy has been closed on weekends for some time now, but when I arrive at the store on a Monday (today) to find a "Store closed - no help" sign in the window and a long line for the drive-through pharmacy the frustration built. After waiting in the line for 30 minutes another ten cars added to the que - the line didn't move an inch. I finally executed a 10 point u-turn to get out of there to move my prescriptions to delivery through the insurance company.I'll avoid this location in the future and encourage anyone else to do the same. There are just very few options in the area.

ABSOLUTELY the worst pharmacy experience!!! More than half of the time they don't have my fathers prescriptions or they lose them. Currently I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hours trying to find out if a perspiration has been filled.

Visiting Pemaquid Point on annual 2 week vacation. Needed a PCR test 7/8 for elective surgery 7/11 in Boston. Called store month in advance & pharmacy assured me just book on line 1 wk in advance...all set. Tried booking online nothing available, tried calling store 2X on hold 35 min each time. Drove to store ( half hour)...to find pharmacy closed & 1 cashier who told me they don't do testing...short of help. Plus pharmacy closed on weekends. Interesting since State of Maine directs you to Walgreens for Covid testing. Talked to frustrated manager on phone...try another Walgreens, they have no help. Felt bad for the guy but seriously where the heck is Corporate Walgreens in this mess? I ended up at local hospital who was eventually able to get it done but I wonder about local residents w/ zero pharmacy service on weekends never mind no one to answer phones ...what about seriously ill children & adults? Shame on Walgreeno!

Don't even bother using this pharmacy. Sure, the Walgreens app is great, but a couple times a month the pharmacy closes with literally no warning. You don't find out until you drive to the store and see a sign on the door, and your prescriptions are held hostage. Even the store clerks have no idea when they will close. How is this a way to run a business? People need to reliably get their medications. Just not at Walgreens apparently.
