I called AAA today and Duane from Quick Turn came incredibly fast. He quickly got my battery started. And helped me figure out why the cargo lamp was on and drained the battery. This is my 3rd time getting AAA help from Quick Turn. Dennis and Duane are fabulous. Great guys. Can't recommend highly enough!!! A+++++

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The owner of this business completely refuses to let me look for personal effects in the car my brother almost died in (it is not legal to withhold certain items if the car is not impounded) Personal effects to the tune of a wallet and important medication. He had a snide remark for every word that came out of my mouth, and pretty much scoffed and laughed at me the entire time I was practically begging to just take a LOOK. He said ‘I don’t take medications, I don’t deal with it’. The car is completely wrecked and the excuse is it would be a liability to let anyone go through it, but it’s very obvious the man wants cash in his hand. His complete lack of humanity was astonishing. Worst business owner I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with thus far.

Dennis is a decent, honest and generous mechanic. He's been servicing my 1995 Ford F-250 for three years. He's busy as heck but takes the time to explain things. The road into the yard may require quick reflexes to avoid the ruts, but it's worth it.

Quick Turn came through again in a big way but this time it was towing. Son's truck went for a swim when the park pin went on a steep boat ramp. Not and easy tow at all. Knowledge and experience got it done. I can't say enough about how it was all handled. Thanks again for everything. Five stars+ for sure!

I expected to leave the same kind of greats reviews I read on here, but not the case. Super slow, I mean sloooooooow on fixinga vehicle. They don't give you an update to let you know why it's taken so long, when you call to ask they are rude!

Tried to get a tow from them through AAA. They told me it was illegal to tow my own vehicle from a car shop without the car shop signing off on it. Problem is. The car shop is closed all weekend and had no idea my vehicle was there in the first place. Just so happened that’s where I brought it when it broke down. So they refused to do the tow. Had to call my local towing company. Hawke Motors. Boothbay Harbor. Great people! Quick turn ehh not so much

Everyone at quick turn is great. I have brought my truck in several times for routine maintenance and have waited less than an hour total every time. Reasonable prices, good honest owner. Would recommend to anyone looking for repairs.Services: Exhaust
