I love this shop. I go there every year when I visit to get an updated sweatshirt. this year, when I got home, I noticed my sweatshirt had a hole in it... I called and they sent me a new one as soon as they could! They are so sweet to talk to and were so nice to send me a new sweatshirt. I will continue to visit every year

What a fun little store, one of those stores you can stay busy for hours looking for things for your relatives friends family and co-workers and anyone else. The staff is kind and friendly the store is clean, close to the parking lot. Water close by. A little something for everyone. I highly recommend it especially for Christmas or birthdays or just because.

Probably the most thorough "Maine" gift shop I've been in! I've been visiting this shop since I was a kid, and if you need souvenirs, this is the place to find them. Comfy sweatshirts, colorful hats, keychains and magnets and more.

When I got home after visiting Damariscotta last year, I realized I had picked up the wrong size t-shirt at the Puffin's Nest. I recently decided to send them a message to see if I could buy a new one, not really expecting it to be possible, but they replied quickly that they were willing to ship one to me. After it was determined that the t-shirt I had bought was no longer available, they sent me images of other shirts and sweatshirts that were similar and rang up my choices with ease. The items arrived neatly packaged, and I'm very happy with them and the other items I bought there in person on my trip! Overall, a store with great merchandise whose friendly employees go far above and beyond for their customers!

Visited many times on vacation. Bought engraved key chains with flashlights and the joy of giving turned to embarrassment when they both broke within week. Will continue to visit all the unique gifts etc and purchase things. Although inexpensive I still was embarrassed. I love this place it has so many things that range A-z.
