Shopped here this month and bought beautiful new yarn! The store has every color of the softest yarn you'll ever need. The owner was lovely and helpful, she dyes lots of the yarn herself! I was able to get help when I needed it and browse for a while until finalized my colors (Marino wool/silk in 3 colors). The pricing ranges from about $9-30 per bundle, made from all kinds of fibers. My friend even got unspun wool that she is going to spin at home! We love Line Tree Yarns!Photo is of silk/ merino wool yarn

I came across this shop while vacationing in Maine and in need of some special yarn. I loved it immediately. The shop is well organized and stocked. It has that atmosphere of creativity where you suddenly start thinking of five more projects, besides the one you came there for. The hand died indigo yarns, the owners specialty, are simply beautiful! My only regret is that this shop is located five states across from where I live. I highly recommend this place to anyone even remotely interested in yarns and hand knitting!

Bought very lovely yarn today and got it wound in a nice ball as a complimentary service by the lady store keeper, who was also very pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend if you are in the area, which is pretty relaxing in itself. Throw a yarn shop on top, and it becomes heaven for those of us who appreciate yarns.
