You’re the best service there is—from beginning to end. The communication is outstanding. You get pictures of everything that’s been going on in the nether regions of your car… for some of us it’s like a well-narrated tour of a foreign country. I can trust everything you say because I can see the problem right there with the yellow circle you drew around it. Very cool.

We are very pleased with the work done on our car. We were appraised of the problems and had it explained thoroughly with state-of-the-art photos of the areas that needed work under the car. These guys are great. I trust them. It's nice to have a neighborhood mechanic to go to. We have a 20+ year old car that they keep going. I love that they provide photos of what is wrong (when possible). They take time to explain why they're recommending a service or repair, and they will also alert you to things that will need attention down the road so to speak. They've let me know when repairs were still covered by their warranty when I had thought that time was long expired.

Honesty and integrity. Brought my wife's car in for inspection and brakes. They gave me a quote on the brakes prior to bringing the car in. Once in Darryl realized that brakes were not needed. He called me and told me that brakes were fine. He could have just changed the brakes and billed me for the service I requested but instead explained to me why the brakes weren't in need of replacement. Great people providing great service.

Even though they were busy, they made time for me to bring my Subaru in. It turned out to be a serious problem. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour, and charged me a very reasonable fee. And they are so pleasant—they made what could have been an ordeal into a good experience!
