Dr. Copp, Dr. Farrell and the whole staff have been wonderful! This past year our pets have experienced some acute and life ending medical conditions. When we had to put our beloved golden down due to cancer, the staff was very empathetic and supportive! I am always very impressed when I get follow up calls to check in on how the dogs are doing after being seen for whatever issues. I highly recommend this veterinary practice! I believe they truly care about their patients and we aren't just another random customer.

Dr Copp and her staff are very professional, but what matters most and what they have proven to me over these past years is that they also have a lot of heart, my dogs get excellent care there.

Overwhelmingly positive experience.
I took my new kitten buddy in to establish care and get a check-up. Everyone I met was extremely friendly, and I learned a number of things while I was there. I was sent off with a packet of information on kittens, and they even lent me a cat carrier.

All of the Vets here are incredible. We left another local vet due to not so desirable service. And our favorite vet from that clinic is now here!
Drs Copp, Savage, & Ferral* are all amazing. Well worth driving from Portland to this location.
Every staff member I’ve encountered in the last several years are all kind, and clearly have pets best care at their core.
Can’t say enough wonderful things about this office.

Update: if you have pets in distress and you don't bring them here, you are only punishing yourself. This place is off the charts awesome! The staff is professional and courteous, helpful and so understanding. Appointments are convenient and timely. This is our veterinarian! ?⬛❤️

Jen and the team at Westside have been our regular vet for annual appointments and have gone through two surgeries for mass removals for our pup Zeus. They are always informative, make us feel like there is personalized care, and check in post-op to ensure things are going well. Would definitely recommend considering bringing your pet here!

Best vet, best people. We came here to follow our favorite Laura who had seen my dog Sam for over a decade. We’ve never felt more at home at a vet - their love for our dogs knows no limit, they have seen us for routine visits, emergencies and when we had to say goodbye to two senior dogs. Westside is professional and kind and we feel thankful to have our dogs go here. They make them feel comfortable!

I have taken all my dogs over the years to Westside Animal Hosiptal. At Westside, they try to schedule needed appts as soon as they can, as well as routine appts that accommodate people whose work schedules impact when they are able to bring the pets

Do not bring your pet here! They do not care for your animals. They just want your money. I brought my cat here in hopes to get revolution due to fleas. I thought I was all set. I was told by Jenn Copp to order from Chewy or another website to be able to obtain Revolution Plus for less money than through the hospital. At first I thought they wanted to help me out. But when I went to order it for my cats. I was told I am not allowed to order from a different website and I must go in to obtain the medication. I live 2 hours away! They know this! I have 3 other cats that also have fleas. I am not able to care for my cats because they will not authorize me to buy Revolution anywhere but their facility. It is a scam
