“I adopted a cat from them and the experience was great, and I love my new cat. The adoption process was thorough enough to be sure the cats are going to a good home, but it was also simple and quickly processed. They were very helpful and it was hard to choose a cat since there were so many cute and sweet cats. They had free roam rooms and the cats were well cared for and healthy.”

“My main commuter bike had been used and abused for many years without any TLC, so I ended up bringing it to the gearhub for a complete overhaul: new shifters, brakes, cables and housing, etc. They were able to get the work done very quickly, and now my bike is running perfectly. They also were able to source used components to bring the cost done. They were also very communicative and transparent about their timeline, costs, etc. Thanks gearhub!”

“I love the root cellar I go to their food pantry every two weeks and I always get a good selection of food that I get for me and my parents and they have a church in the building where people can go for service every Sunday it's honestly a wonderful place!”

“Love going to this bar. Portland used to be a wicked inexpensive place to get a drink but no more, if you are looking for the best cheap drinks in Portland, best $5 grilled ham and cheese, friendly group, free pool, free popcorn, free darts then this is the place for you. When you can't get a table at Bird & Co. than get your food to go and bring it to the VFW and drink for half the price of anywhere else around. They have great bands, dinners and a function hall that is probably the cheapest in Portland to rent.”

“I went here for a puppet show with my son. I was very impressed with the performance, layout of the seating, acoustics and sound quality and the "feel" of the building. I'll be checking their calendar and planning to attend more events here throughout the year.”

“I was visiting Portland and this YMCA was a 5 minute walk for me. I visited at 7-8am on weekdays for the cardio and gym room. Mostly empty at these times and the staff was extremely friendly. The equipment was pretty good for the price, had all the essential machines with squat and bench rack. One time visit was $12.”

“I honestly can say from the bottom of my heart, this place helped me save my life. I went there believe it or not, three times in a month. The last time I finally got it. It wasn’t easy. I had 7 years sober as of summer of 2022. I lost two girlfriends from drugs causing cardiac arrest to both of them. My girlfriend Jona that just passed, is my angel and sent me back to Milestone. Today I am almost 4 months sober. Feel great. This place totally rocks. Oh and if you meet Ashley, she has the best collection of Nike air max. ?”

“Truck driver here. Called ahead and I was able to dump half a pallet of lettuce that was refused at a delivery somewhere else. Thank you very much. Edit: lots of space for an 18 wheeler to get in and out.”
