“We were in Portland for only two nights and bound to go back home to Montreal when my wheelchair accessible van started to make a weird noise. We stopped at Hamilton Service Station and Dennis quickly checked my van and told us that we couldn’t go back home safely. Even tough it was a very busy Friday afternoon for him, he accepted to save us and fixed my van so we could back home safely as planned.

“My family moved to Gray in late 2023. As always it’s a roll of the dice when it comes to finding a chew/honest mechanic. After having been to Frank’s a handful of times over the first six months as Gray residents I can definitely say that we are very lucky to have Frank’s right around the corner!
They work FAST…but that doesn’t mean that they take short cuts or do a sloppy job. They are thorough and professional - they’re just very capable and good at what they do.
They have gotten my wife and I out of a couple pickles so far - all at a fair price.

“All dealer service centers are busy. I decided to ask Rowe Ford Westbrook instead of driving to Yarmouth Casco Bay Ford, due to a Leak underneath. August 26 - 29. . Service Rep was cordial and knowledgeable.
I would install a Padded Covering on the Front of the electrical panel along the Left Hand Aisle Wall as you walk in to the Service and Body Area.
Everything is OK now, no Visible Fluid Leaks. A new Water Pump, V Belts, Idler Arm.

“My check engine light came on June 15, 2024 in Western NY - I was on my way to Portland, ME. I began calling auto repair shops in Portland and all of them could not help me until the first week of July, 2024. That’s where Meineke came in and they truly went out of their way to help me. The issue was with the thermostat in my Miata. They replaced it with an OEM one at a reasonable price. As of today June, 23 - one thousand miles with my new thermostat - I am truly great full to Meineke.”
