Rowe's Garage coordinated a tow, diagnosed, and estimated the costs for truck repairs and maintenance. I was kept informed throughout the process with documentation of findings and recommendations. I was very pleased with their work and customer service.
****UPDATE****
I drove the truck 711 miles and it was pulling to the right. I took it to a trusted mechanic known to me. Both left and right ball joints, wheel hubs, and axle u-joint needed replacing. I had asked Rowe's garage to go through EVERYTHING on the truck. They totally dropped the ball. Thank goodness I wasn't pulling a loaded trailer at the time. Therefore, I would not recommend unless you want a half a$$ed job !!

Very honest and fair garage. The customer service is amazing! Very clean facility, and they cover the interior of your vehicle with plastic covers to protect your seats and interior. They only upsell safety for your family.
