The staff are extremely friendly and make the whole experience worthwhile. They remember your name, and you feel more like a friend than a customer. Small store but well stocked and always has what you need for supplies and staples. Highly recommend shopping here!

Most family Dollars have access to public Wi-Fi so while shopping we can scan items to see the price on the app. But this particular one does not have Wi-Fi access and a lot of the items also don't have a price tag. And of course the reception where this one is located is not the best so I spend more time trying to see how much something is then I do actually shopping

Not a bad place to shop if the employees would stop yakking with each other behind the counter and actually check out people who are waiting in line. I was behind two people and one had a can of soda the other had a basket of goods. I waited 7 minutes while one employee told the other how to set up an end cap. One actually ran through a list of required setups for the store while the customers are waiting in line. Absolutely unacceptable.

It's a discount variety store. It's ok. Some of their prices are ok, while some are ridiculously high compared to the supermarket down the street. The employees are always yelling back and forth to each other and sometimes use some pretty foul language knowing shoppers are in the store. I don't go there much because I always feel like I'm being watched. I've never had a single cashier say hi or anything before starting a transaction. It's just grab your stuff and ring you up.

The past two times were bad experiences. First one, you have the manager ignoring all the customers building in the line. Second time, all the employees were standing there doing nothing, talking very loudly and rudely about their manager, in front of all the customers waiting in line. Every time I go into the store is extremely messy and dirty and there are just boxes everywhere. Not a place I would shop at anymore.

So ever notice how this store constantly runs through employees? See it starts with the fact that the leadership is not only horrible, but they also don't understand their jobs. At one point they had a manager who decided to threaten on of their employees with a substance this employee is deathly allergic to. This manager's name is Misty. Her boss, Albert, also worthless, was perfectly ok with this. After Misty drove that employee to quit, that employee got another job elsewhere. On Christmas, Misty went to that employee's new job and brought her a shirt that said, "I love cinnamon" the same substance Misty had previously threatened her with. This is blatant harassment and isn't funny in the slightest. Yet again, Albert did what he does best, stood mute and uselessly bye and did nothing. If you live in Corinth, you might know that this store is typically the source of gossip about the good people who live here and shop there. Now this person quit and told this directly to Albert and she added that she feared for her safety. Firstly, because she is 22 and is made to close at night by herself. Secondly, because Misty threatened her with something that can kill her. Before Misty relocated to another store, she added this person to a "No Hire" list. Albert stood by and allowed this to happen knowing the full situation. So, this is a horrible deal brought on by a local store. Harassing customers and employees alike with no regard for those people. Both Albert and Misty should be let go from Family Dollar. Not only do they preside over a huge turnover and two separate walk outs, but they also allow intimidation, life threatening actions, and more at their stores.
