Back in November 2020, I bought a transfer case for my 2001 Ford Excursion. Due to many issues, I was unable to get it installed during the 90 day warranty period. Upon installing the transfer case during the last week of May 2021, I found out it was the wrong one. I originally thought it was malfunctioning, due to the output shaft being able to spin with the transmission in park.After doing to investigating and taking measurements, I found out the case had to have come out of a truck that had a different transmission (different input shaft size and spline count). I called Littlefield's and explained the situation, and they asked me to bring the case back, so I did. They exchanged the case with no problems, even though it was out of warranty for almost 90 days at this point. They really didn't have to do that, but I am extremely grateful they did.I will do business with them again when the need arises.
