Once again state of Maine ( our home state we love) has another business that is amazing!!!! We live in North Pole, Alaska but our family is in Newport and surrounding areas. Senior Sister from Sebasticook lake area in Newport needed our assistance to find a newer car for her errands and such. After researching on goggle and sending sister for many test drives, we struck gold with Cheryl’s (please forgive me if misspelling of name) from Gerry’s in Corinna, Maine on the Newport road. They went above and beyond to work with us from our credit union way up here to theirs. Along with providing sister with an amazing 2017 Subaru Impreza and helping her with another matter of her older car. For anyone who wants to work with local business (and they have other locations too in maine) please think about visiting their website or just simply call…you can tell they enjoy helping others. God bless you all, and thank you for your caring about others and their needs. Sincerely, Emily and Merle and Joyce

Ashley is amazing she not only worked with us to get financing for our first vehicle but got us into our second car with ease after a bad hit and run including all the nonsense with that. We will continue to keep coming back as now hubby needs a new one. Great atmosphere, mechanics and staff. 100% recommended.

FBI has been contacted due to State Police inspection officers refusal to scrape off sticker of car bought that failed inspection less than 2 months later. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND THEY WILL SELL YOU A TRUCK FOR 26 G WITH THE WRONG MOTOR IN IT REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK AND MAKE YOU GO THROUGH COURT. THEY'VE DONE THIS TO PEOPLE FOR YEARS EVER SINCE JERRY PASSED AWAY AND HIS GOD AWFUL DAUGHTER TOOK IT OVER. CURRENTLY IN THE PAPERWORK FILING PROCESS OF A LAWSUIT. All of the five-star reviews are from people here in town or right around that know her and if you notice most of them say local guide ??. And if you're willing to work with me within the parameters of our original agreement. Our original agreement was that I would buy this vehicle with a 2012 motor with 86,000 and some change miles that you ticked on my paperwork was correct. Being at the motor has been swapped out now that mileage is wrong which actually makes our contract completely null and void. It does not matter if you did the motor swap or not if you did not disclose it on your paperwork then I did not agree to purchase that vehicle I agreed to purchase a different one if that makes sense ?. All the fancy wording in the world on a reply will not save you. I'm contacting all of the folks with negative reviews on Google to attempt to get them to come into court with the few of us who have already gathered together. This has been going on for far too many years to let this continue and too many people's livelihoods have been lost. You will be taking the truck back if you take it back now like I've asked I will pay the associated fees and if not then the responsibility can fall on you guys ??. I did not agree to purchase a 2012 Dodge truck with a 2011 motor that clearly does not have 86,000 mi on it and I also agreed to purchase a vehicle that had been fixed not that you had spray painted over rust holes that are already through. And on top of that it already fails inspection and I've only owned it since October 31st. It failed inspection for things that you claimed you had done as well. I would also like to mention that this tone that I'm hearing in this email about you guys being willing to work with me is not at all the attitude that I have received in person or on the phone. Not only does it have the wrong motor but you sold it to me ticking horrendously about to blow up with your State Police inspection officer himself told me on the phone was not normal as your husband Kim proceeded to lie to me about that it was a hydraulic oil lifter tick and that it was totally normal lol. I did manage to recreate the issue with the transmission and Kim told me that was normal told me he would not put a transmission in that truck and refused to take it back but thank you for providing the exact day for that. You have made zero attempts to work with me I have given you multiple chances to take the truck back and agreed to pay extra expenses myself to do so. As stated I have called the fbi, I am filing a report with not only the better Business bureau and pushing on it but with the DMV as well. I have been keeping record of everything with this truck if you will agree to take it back and pay the prorated interest and fees associated as well as all the months of payments that I've had to make while I've been being pushed around by you and your business I would be happy to do that. At this point that is the only settlement that I will accept. My lawyer will not be contacting you, we will see you in court cuz I'm not going to waste my time with the letter of demand. My asking you 3 times was the letter of demand.

I decided to finance a 2015 Chevy Trax, through there location in Veazie. Let me start by saying all and all it was a great experience, at first. My mom came with me, and we met with a very nice lady named Rosie. I then started having issues on Day 6 of having the Chevy Trax. I contacted Gerry's in Corinna right away, explaining a few different things going on, main thing being it was leaking fluid. Looked to me to be oil, and the coolant was being drastically drained, weather it was leaking coolant or not I couldn't tell myself where I knew it was leaking the oil. They told me to bring it in and they'd take a look at it, turn around time was great, I picked up my vehicle made sure to keep and eye on everything and it wasn't more than a few days before I was in contact with Gerry's(Corinna) again, explaining to them that the problem had not been fixed, not only did I get attitude from one lady that worked there but TWO that I spoke with, I was then rudely told I could bring it in and they'd take another look at it BUT they didn't know how quickly it'd be done because stuff like this was timely and they were already busy. I informed them I was in no rush to get my vehicle back because I just wanted it all fixed, and safe as I just got it but most of all I have a 3 year old son, that would ride in this vehicle daily. It was there for over a week with no word from them, I even contacted them mid week that week for a gentleman to tell me they'd give me a call back later that day. No call, I called again and spoke with one of the lady's that would usually answer, for her to tell me that they found NOTHING wrong with my vehicle, and everything we specifically asked to be looked over was fine so I could come get it. At this point I had my mother contact them as well because we BOTH knew something was still going on, and they informed my mother that I never disclosed to them certain things were happening which wasn't true, they told my mom they would keep it over the weekend. Again, heard nothing from them until I called them after the weekend to be told that I was in fact right about one of parts we asked to be checked, the radiator there was a tiny crack in it. They quickly were able to fix it and I picked up my vehicle. I thought everything was fixed, but no. Just like before I noticed it was still leaking something I thought to be oil, I decided at this point to take it elsewhere to have another garage take a look at it because I was getting nowhere with Gerry's, and felt like every concern for my vehicle was disregarded by them. The closest place to me that I could get it to be looked at was Easide Garage, they booked out for about a week, so after that I took it to Eastside Garage and they told me it in fact was wet underneath with oil but where I had mentioned to them I had work done on the engine previously I wanted to just make sure it wasn't run off, (as Gerry's said that was the cause of the burning smell and it should fade) they wanted to clean it all up for me and bring it back in a week so they could more clearly tell, so I did, they right away said it looked to be coming from the oil cooler housing a very obvious spot that shouldn't have been looked over. Where I have a warranty I decided it'd be best for all work to be done at a Chevrolet Dealership, so then took it to Stanley Chevrolet Dealership in Belfast for them to do the work, to be informed by them that in fact had two leaks actually. So not only was it recommended that I have the Oil Cooler housing replaced but the lines and the cam actuator along with the seals too just to be on the safe side. It was also mentioned that I needed new spark plugs because the vehicle started and ran very rough and the spark plugs seemed to be the orignal, and they were in totally awe that they weren't changed when a valve cover gasket was replaced on this vehicle. (Part 2 On Veazie Page) limit exceeded here.

I have got a total of 3 vehicles from Gerrys before. Never had any major issues. 1 of my cars was a Pontiac Bonneville I got from Gerrys a while ago. It was in the shop a lot but nothing major just stupid minor things. Nothing dangerous. I got a jeep off them in the past it was amazing that only in the shop at gerrys once or twice. Nothing major with the jeep. I got a Chevy sonic a few months ago off the veazie location. Not one issue with it. Not even a warning light on it.(For anyone who has an issue with a car they get from Gerrys. Call the Corrina office and speak calmly to them. Don't yell. Being nice and calm can will help you out in the long run. They helped me in the past when I had issues with my vehicles I got from them. And whenever I had my car up their to be serviced they were always quick and efficient about getting you back in it fixed up.)(Remember people your buying a used car. Not a new one. So if you have an issue come up, it's not uncommon with a used car.)

Could not get a vehicle after ours caught fire on the highway. Gerrys worked with us and got the vehicle we wanted. My 3-year-old was so excited to see his own moon roof. Great service will be back for our next car in a few years. Thank you for the hassle-free reliable car.

The first week in October 2022 I purchased a 2013 Nissan Murano. They made thr buying process very easy. I'm very happy with the vehicle it seems to run great. The only thing was they put an inspection sticker on the vehicle that should have failed due to tire wear. But it's neither here nor there, I'm very happy.

I bought an 09 Ford Flex. They made the process easy and we're able to make me an appointment on a Saturday which was nice. 1 month later my ball joint goes and they worked with me to get it in ASAP. Thanks to the warranty I paid nothing. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service I received from the whole team. I will be coming here again when we are ready and Id suggest it to anyone who is in need of a reliable care.
