“I was very impressed by the knowledge, clear explanations, and detailed information concerning the possible installation of a heat pump, including rebates exhibited by the AFC representative who came to assess my situation and provide quotes. All my questions were answered, and the proposals were as I'd been told to expect. I appreciated the time, trouble and patience he showed and his good humor as well. Though I've decided not to proceed with the project at this time, I've dealt with AFC for many years now and found them courteous, friendly, and reliable for all my propane needs.”
