Mike’s Towing doesn’t even deserve one star, the owner of Mike’s Towing refused to give my husbands truck back to us last summer. Changing the price on how much it would be to pick up- after it wasn’t even supposed to be towed there. Every time I spoke with Mike he would scream at me on the phone and was unreasonable to speak with. Upon going to retrieve the truck he refused to take a bankers check due to not being able to use it that same day- after myself not wanting to give him cash. I had an officer present- where he still continued to scream at me in front of my 3 young children. He is a horrible man and I hope no one else has to have the experience I had. Mike runs a shady business and I wouldn’t recommend him to even someone I disliked.

Mike pulled his tow truck in the middle of the road and blocked the road for me wanting to take a picture of my car that was taken and crashed and then proceeded to try and belittle me for it I don’t recommend this place now the police are involved for me to get my car.Service: Car towing

We needed a tow and called them over 12 times and no one answered they advertise they are a 24 hour towing company yet no one can be reached.

I called Mikes Towing and he was there in 10 min to fix my daughter's tire so she could drive home after a 12 hr work shift. Couldn't be Happier with the service!

Mike is very knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. He will come at the drop of a hat and knows the area. I was very disappointed the last time I called for a tow. I gave you his name as I trust him and he is local. He has been of assistance to me previously yet you chose to hire a company 30 miles away.

He hooked up to my toe hooks on my front bumper without coming to get me from my house and introducing himself first. He yarded my truck at a 90° angle and cracked the underside of my bumper. Upon thinking about it, he could have easily pulled in the direction my truck was already pointed. He advised he was not responsible for the damage. He took my credit card payment and did not provide a receipt or invoice. He came in a poorly running truck that died on him a couple of times. Extremely unprofessional. Do not use this company.

My vehicle was brought to Mike's Towing yard. Anytime I would call to try to find out what I owed, he would tell me to call back in 10 minutes, 15 minutes, he'd be back at the shop in an hour, this went on for 2 days. At $50 a day. I can never get a straight answer. And he would never call me back. When I went to pick my vehicle up, there was nobody there that could help me. Told me I should have called ahead but I knew if I did that I wouldn't get a call back. Took them almost half an hour to get back to the yard. Then found out that their credit card machine is no longer in service so we had to go pull money out and come back. one good thing that they did was put air in my tires which were flat. $50 a day to sit in a spot in a muddy yard with a bunch of dogs and kids and no one that works there is a lot of money.
