Very clean .nice size . reasonable price. Everyone I've talked to while getting storage unit very helpful even when I got anxious ( as I had a uhaul & had to have it back at by 5 pm or get an overchargefee) I couldn't get lock to slide open .they said that's ok & gave me a new storage unit .talked me through it step by step & stayed on line until knew I could open up new storage unit lock ..thank you all so much ..

I originally got a storage unit from this facility shortly before the original owner sold it to KO storage and the name was changed (it was previously Chelsea self storage). Since then, the company has forced me to get renters insurance to cover their units, and my rates have gone from $130 a month to $165 a month, which is borderline price gouging as it happened overnight. This is the problem with large companies buying the little guys.

This is a clean and well run storage facility! The owner is very attentive to keeping the snow and ice cleared in the winter so you can always get yo your needed items:)
